I have eaten an entire medium Domino's Pizza by myself on more than one occasion, it wasn't a contest, I was just being a fat guy. Now that I lost the fat and changed the habits, I don't do that so often any more.
Have a Good One Jason!

I don't know of specific brand names that offer kosher fish oil supplements, but I would just search google for kosher fish oil supplements and I am sure someone creates it.

Krill is not a kosher fish. Is there any other way to get this amount of Omega-3 from a kosher source - like salmon or flax seed?

Jayson,
Why does menopause cause weight gain no matter how much you exercise and eat healthy? I know it can cause a lot of things to go wacky in the body but why does this happen only in some people and not others?

Krill oil is a shrimp like crustacean and not a fish. If you are severely allergic to fish though I highly recommend you consult with your doctor before you consume krill oil just to be safe.

As I have a fatal allergy to fish, I wondered if Krill is a type of fish or if it is more like shrimp, which I am not allergic to. I looked at Merriam-Webster and Wikipedia whose explanations, surprisingly, didn't help answer this.
