Being a working mother of 2 young children, getting more than 6.5 – 7 hours of sleep has not proven to be possible. \it’s also common this sleep is interrupted. Despite this, I do not have any of the health conditions you mentioned in the video. I attribute this to my regular exercise routine and reformed eating habits … and yes I still thoroughly enjoy my cheat day.
Another great episode.
