I wanted to ask a question.
I dislike drinking plain water, so I spice up my eight glasses into tea and two glasses with Metamusil. Is drinking rooibos, black, white, green, oolong, and kombucha tea good for me to drink instead of plain water?
I wanted to add a suggestion.
Another certified coach told me that drinking raw milk from the farmer or health food store that contains more CLA than skim milk at the supermarket. Do you agree that it is better and if so, please add that comment to your show.

Yes, drinking tea is good for you. Yes it is possible that raw milk may contain more CLA, but some of that has to do with the farmers farming methods so that isn’t always the case.
