Nicely done, Jason.
Thankyou so much for providing this information for the public which tends to be so info-mericaled-to-death that we become uniformed.

Note: Is it possible for your staff or researchers to address the life saving Hyrogen Peroxide Therapy? I have been reading a book by: Madison Cavanaugh called:The One Minute Cure.
What sciencetific protocall or test should be applied in investigating this therapy?

man, would I love to see FastFood joints NOT going up at the rate they’re going up at now… would be great to see them torn down and health & grocery stores going up instead. thanks for a great show.

Good luck to you! It’s a cute, way to get the facts across. I will look into chili peppers and MCT( are they only sold in health stores? never saw them in a supermarket or grocery store, Thanks@

MCT oil and chili pepper extract will probably be found supplement stores.

I really enjoyed your video today and learning about MCT and the chili pepper standardized extract.
I do have a question for you. Does it matter if you exercise 1/2 hour or 1 hour 5-6 days a week..or does the intensity of the workout matter more as long as you work your whole body?

Oh one more thing…there are fast food stores and grocery stores all over the area I live in. Strip malls with the typical franchises for pizza, teriyaki, McDonald’s, KFC, Taco Bell, Taco Time. Too many to count.

There are so many urban areas where communities become nothing but a sea of fast food places and no fresh markets within miles. It’s very sad. There have been several articles in local papers calling them urban deserts. Keeping money in the pocket may just be the cure!

Intensity is a big part of the success of a workout and anywhere between 1/2 hour to 1 hour should be plenty if you are working your entire body.

Jayson,
I appreciate your generousity in sharing your knowledge. I also admire that you hold “individual responsibility” as paramount in the obesity solution (unlike our newly appointed head of the CDC…but that’s for another topic).
However, I don’t think you directly answered Ivan’s question on carbs and how much of them are stored as fat. My answer would’ve been “most of them” (for both high and low glycemic carbs).
But, as you know, that’s not such a bad thing as our muscles run pretty much on fats most of the time. You did the right thing in steering him away from “minutia knowledge confusion” and back to the bigger, simpler foundation of how to lose fat.

Is there a way to get a transcript of these videos? My internet speed and download limit make watching impossible and having something written would make the information savable.
Thanks,
Alan.

I really like your slip - “fight-fatting” - actually, very accurate! Fatting is what we all want to fight! Cute phrase.

We absolutely have a TON of fast food pits in our area (New Tampa area in Florida). It really makes me sick when I see the LINES of cars waiting to order this horrible crud. Then to top it off those are the same people I run into at the gym who cant IMAGINE WHY they aren’t losing weight! It’s amazing! One girl asked me how I was able to lose 20lbs at MY AGE (42) — I said it was SIMPLE — I stopped eating at fast food restaurants!! That’s not exactly true tho, I busted my butt in the gym and gave all of my meals a complete overhaul! haha Your video today ROCKS! Please keep them coming.

You caught that did you.
I didn’t even know I did it until the show was built and done. Too late to re-shoot it then. Oops!

Sorry we don’t have any transcripts of the show as of yet.
I do talk about some of this info on my blog at http://AskJaysonHunter.com. It isn’t a guarantee that I will write about these topics every time, but I do add bits and pieces from the shows into the blog at times.

I love your videos and Australia is as bad as the US with overweight citizens. Could you please consider having the items you recommend posted with the credits so we would have time to write them down. Thanks.
