I didn’t make any resolutions this year I make small goals thu out the year. I work on my diet and health i.g. excersice and stuff. This most recent goal is to tone up and lose a few pounds by July for my trip to Florida. I don’t want to embarrass my son when mommy puts on a bathing suit.

Hi Jason,
Just watched a couple of your videos. I believe you might be able to help me. I am a diabetic (type II) and also have Lupus. I bought some blueberries tonight to see if they will help lower my blood sugar and also the makings for your “albacore” tuna salad on celery. Can you please offer some advice for Diabetics to lose weight? I cannot go more than 2 to 3 hours without food or my sugar drops and I feel like I am going to pass out!
Much appreciation for any advice!

Diabetics are just like other non-diabetic individuals. You should be eating every 2-3 hours to maintain normal blood sugars and to minimize low blood sugars or spiking blood sugars. You are at a disadvantage because your body’s insulin is not functioning properly, but you yes you need to be eating every 2-3 hours whether you are diabetic or not. In your case you just have to be more careful with the types of foods you are eating at these times.

Hi Jayson Great recipe with the tuna and yogurt. I use coconut oil for all my cooking and while its 90 percent saturated fat its medium chain fatty acids. You may already recomend it but if not there is plenty on the net about it.
