For a healthier dessert I make meringues (sp?) in the shape of a nest and fill them (after baking)with berries. You can flavor the meringues with unsweetened coco and fill with raspberries. Make berry parfaits with layers of berries and a mixture of your favorite yogurt mixed with lite cool whip. Can also be used at parties to dip fruit.
