Does this show have closed captioned or english subtitles? SHould put on your show and there are million of hard of hearing and deaf people out there who wanted to learn how to lose weight as well.
It it better to eat only egg whites instead of whole eggs? I don’t want to give up all the nutrition of the yolk so I’m currently throwing in 1 yolk with 4 egg whites. Does the protein in the white measure up to that of the yolk?
Tests show I do not have any blood sugar problems but if I do not eat every 2-3 hours I get very light headed and just feel horrible, do you have any suggestions for me?

Jayson! I love what you and Jim are doing for Prograde Nutrition. I am a newly customer, but thanks to my trainer Tyler English he’s gotten me to be a TRUE follower of Prograde Nutrition. One question to ask, I am drinking water throughout the day in a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle. I can put it like this, in one 8 hour shift at work, I normally consume atleast 4 of those bottles. This is not including the 8 hours before work when i’m at home, I drink atleast another 4 of those. So to calculate I drink atleast 256 ounces. I can say i’m moderately to heavily active, doing a High Intensity Interval Training Class 3 times a week for 3 weeks then 1 week of rest. Is atleast 256 ounces good for me? I currently weigh 200 pounds at 5′11. I greatly appreciate response!

I am not sure if we are able to put close caption on web videos. I will look into it and see if that is a possibility. Thanks for the suggestion.

It is usually 2 egg whites to equal the protein content of 1 yolk, but you miss out on choline, good fats, etc that you get with a yolk.
If you were to eat eggs every day then 1 yolk and 4 egg whites is fine.
